Appointment cancelled by patient without 48 hours notice could incur a late cancellation fee. A fee is charged if patient has failed to attend an appointment without any notice. A £30 fee will be charged for every 15 mins reserved appointment duration. A deposit may be required to reserve any appointment longer than 30 mins.
